EZY DAYOUT does not charge guests any booking fees, service fees or commissions. You will never make a payment to EZY DAYOUT as a guest. Therefore, there is nothing for us to refund.
All payments — including advance deposits, full payments or cancellation charges — are made directly to the property per their own policies. EZY DAYOUT is not involved in and has no visibility into these financial transactions.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by property. We recommend confirming the property's cancellation policy before making any payment. Common property policies include:
If you have a dispute regarding a refund from a property, please contact the property directly. EZY DAYOUT can assist with communication facilitation but cannot compel a property to issue a refund, as we are not a party to the financial transaction.
If you have made any in-app purchases through the EZY DAYOUT mobile application, refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Please refer to their refund policies directly.
