By accessing or using EZY DAYOUT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
EZY DAYOUT is a discovery and enquiry platform that connects travellers with curated resorts, villas, homestays and farmhouses in India. We are not a booking agent, travel agency or party to any transaction between guests and properties. We facilitate the connection; all arrangements are made directly between you and the property.
Properties listed on EZY DAYOUT are reviewed before going live. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all listing information. Pricing, availability and amenities are subject to confirmation by the property directly. EZY DAYOUT is not responsible for any discrepancy between listed and actual property details.
Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. It is a request for the property to contact you. EZY DAYOUT charges zero platform fees to guests. All commercial arrangements including pricing and payment are between you and the property.
All content on EZY DAYOUT including text, images, logos and design is the property of EZY DAYOUT or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
EZY DAYOUT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with a listed property. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed INR 1,000.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
